Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cameron Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Solis having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tanner Pittman got free with Lorenzo Smith in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th match minute, St Paul Trojans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Ritter to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, St Paul Trojans's Adolfo Goff got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tanner Pittman charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tanner Pittman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Goff hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the St Paul Trojans defense, Cameron Michael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brendon Solis. The St Paul Trojans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brendon Solis should have stopped the shot. When Tanner Pittman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 23 minutes had been played. Tanner Pittman hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. FC AUSTIN's Cameron Michael got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Smith made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Don Nickerson sent off a good shot on target. Levi Esposito hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Don Nickerson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, St Paul Trojans's Don Nickerson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lorenzo Smith narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute Levi Esposito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendon Solis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC AUSTIN's Rodrigo Biggs got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrigo Biggs to make the kick off. The corner led FC AUSTIN's Monty Paul to fire away a dangerous shot which Brendon Solis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 55 played minutes Cameron Michael rounded St Paul Trojans's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Lorenzo Smith came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by St Paul Trojans's Don Nickerson. But to his dismay, Don Nickerson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 72 minutes into the game, Cameron Michael recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Brendon Solis. Cameron Michael showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Rodrigo Biggs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Solis having to interfere. FC AUSTIN's Rodrigo Biggs got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cameron Michael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brendon Solis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Brendon Solis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Biggs in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Shelton Macias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in St Paul Trojans's zone, Monty Paul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brendon Solis came out of the goal and Monty Paul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rodrigo Biggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC AUSTIN's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
