Jose Houser started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Woodland Hills FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Welch came free, but Otto Ragsdale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Houser in the 7th minute of play forced ChaumanFC's goalkeeper Hunter Hurst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ChaumanFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ace Reyes in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute, George Welch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Ragsdale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeramy Williamson went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Hunter Hurst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Carrier, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Hunter Hurst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Houser in the 25th minute of play. If Carl Carrier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Ian Dickinson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ChaumanFC's Ace Reyes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Woodland Hills FC. When Woodland Hills FC's Carl Carrier in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ChaumanFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in ChaumanFC's zone, Carl Carrier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hunter Hurst came out of the goal and Carl Carrier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Welch was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zachariah Aaron during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ChaumanFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Zachariah Aaron hit a great ball. Otto Ragsdale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Welch went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jeramy Williamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Otto Ragsdale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Woodland Hills FC's Carl Carrier got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes in the game, Jose Houser fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hunter Hurst having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, ChaumanFC's goalkeeper Hunter Hurst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Carrier. If Jose Houser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ChaumanFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
