The tension between the Centurions FC and the ShoTek UTD players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Centurions FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Derick Moon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Sawyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Derick Moon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Cates in the 16th minute of play. Lázaro Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luther Rowland in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leroy Daugherty got free with Lázaro Criston in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Cates stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
