SL Fires
Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kasey Blake started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by DeAngelo Veltman during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kasey Blake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Rigoberto Judd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Shane Gibbs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Shannon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Keys in the 18th minute of the match. Ricardo Shannon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Keys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irondequoit FC's Rigoberto Judd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasey Blake in the 25th minute of play. DeAngelo Veltman hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Blake Oakley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Rigoberto Judd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Irondequoit FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronnie Pike to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Shannon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronnie Pike in the 40th minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Ken Forrest mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SL FIRES and the Irondequoit FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SL FIRES getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ken Forrest hit a great ball. Cameron Harman kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. SL FIRES's Ricardo Shannon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Keys in the 49th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and German Keys made a kick off. Ricardo Shannon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shane Gibbs in the 53rd minute. If Kasey Blake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute Kasey Blake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Judd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kasey Blake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Rigoberto Judd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Keys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ricardo Shannon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shane Gibbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, German Keys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kasey Blake recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, German Keys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Irondequoit FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Keys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shane Gibbs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Shannon having to interfere. Rigoberto Judd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blake Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Kasey Blake made a precise shot to the right of Rigoberto Judd. Irondequoit FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind SL FIRES's goalkeeper Ricardo Shannon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
