The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nathanial Cano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Haskins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chispita FC's zone, Felix Haskins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nathanial Cano came out of the goal and Felix Haskins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dudley Fuller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Nathanial Cano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Felix Haskins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathanial Cano was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Nathanial Cano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Haskins in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dudley Fuller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wisla Krakow's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudley Fuller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathanial Cano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Felix Haskins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wisla Krakow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Wisla Krakow's Marcos Frey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nathanial Cano. That made the score 2-4 after 64 minutes of play. 71 minutes into the game, Felix Haskins lined in a short shot 2-5 behind a frustrated Nathanial Cano. Dudley Fuller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Felix Haskins, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 76 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Nathanial Cano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Nathanial Cano made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Dudley Fuller sent off a good shot on target. Felix Haskinss short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Nathanial Cano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 81 minutes, Felipe Adkins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chispita FC and the Wisla Krakow players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Chispita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Adkins to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Wisla Krakow left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chispita FC.
