Spectators: 7556 (Terracing: 5783, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joshua Salas made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Big FC's Bradly Gilliam got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 3 minutes of play, Port Vale F.C.'s C.J. Felix made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Gunn was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 8 played minutes Big FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodney Doyle. Joshua Salas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cory Byers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Domenico Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If C.J. Felix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Port Vale F.C.'s Joshua Salas got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bryan Trimble's late challenge caught a Port Vale F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bryan Trimble helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes Big FC got a freekick which was hit by Bryan Trimble. After 39 minutes, Joshua Salas made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Big FC's Henry Gunn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Big FC's goal looked a bit too open when C.J. Felix came free, but Henry Gunn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Joshua Salas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henry Gunn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hank Keith was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Hank Keith left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Big FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After a rather tough play, Big FC's Rodney Doyle got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Joshua Salas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Vale F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Joshua Salas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Gunn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cory Byers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Big FC's goalkeeper Henry Gunn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Elvis Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Vale F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Elvis Calderon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Gunn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Big FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after C.J. Felix fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Big FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Salas came free, but Henry Gunn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Gunn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joshua Salas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.J. Felix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Gunn having to interfere. Port Vale F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
