Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rosa Melano's Maurice Gillespie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 12 minutes into the game, Maurice Gillespie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Renaldo Mueller. Maurice Gillespie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Al Decker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Junior Barnard who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Renaldo Mueller when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th match minute, Chandler Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emery Robbins to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Rosa Melano's Maurice Gillespie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Renaldo Mueller. Renaldo Mueller yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 47th match minute, Rosa Melano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Dupree to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeff McNally to strike the kick off in the second half. Al Decker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alfred Coffman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cory Randolph kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Jeff McNally could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Alfred Coffman made a huge save. If Junior Barnard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renaldo Mueller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Gillespie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basil Young kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chandler Soccer Club's zone, Maurice Gillespie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renaldo Mueller came out of the goal and Maurice Gillespie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Junior Barnard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renaldo Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Barnard in the 76th minute of the match. Maurice Gillespie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renaldo Mueller having to interfere. Tyson Strange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Renaldo Mueller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Emery Robbins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chandler Soccer Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosa Melano the free kick. The supporters of Rosa Melano booed when Chandler Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emery Robbins didn't get a good kick on the ball.
