Junior Fugate came out of the goal and Simon Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, Bronx Bombers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Collin Paulson to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Winston Decker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gary Feldman in the 31st minute of play forced Mipau's goalkeeper Wyatt Pacheco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Mipau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremiah John to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Stacey Bryant shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wyatt Pacheco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Simon Velasco struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Junior Fugate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mipau.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Colin Tackett stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bronx Bombers FC's Stacey Bryant shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wyatt Pacheco but with some difficulty. In the 55th minute, Simon Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simon Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Junior Fugate having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bronx Bombers FC's zone, Thaddeus Yang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Junior Fugate came out of the goal and Thaddeus Yang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Junior Fugate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Velasco in the 71st minute of the match. Wyatt Pacheco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebio Maurer in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Simon Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Junior Fugate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bronx Bombers FC's Junior Fugate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Velasco in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Simon Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Junior Fugate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Velasco in the 84th minute of play. Jeremiah John received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Junior Fugate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Junior Fugate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Eusebio Maurer could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Wyatt Pacheco however easily saved by the left post. Mipau's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
