Manheim FC's Roman Osborne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Archer in the 5th minute of play. Thomas Archer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Archer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Roman Osborne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dogs FC's Thomas Archer got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marc Mathis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Osborne having to interfere. In the 17th minute Thomas Archer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Osborne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match Alfonzo Burkett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esteban Carter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thomas Archer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Osborne having to interfere. Stuart Gage charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stuart Gage the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Manheim FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Stuart Gage hit a great ball. Thomas Archer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Osborne having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Vinson in the 39th minute of play forced Dogs FC's goalkeeper Esteban Carter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dogs FC's zone, Fred Vinson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Carter came out of the goal and Fred Vinson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Dogs FC's Esteban Carter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Dogs FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Dogs FC booed when Manheim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Vinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dogs FC's Marc Mathis got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dogs FC's zone, Fred Vinson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Carter came out of the goal and Fred Vinson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteban Carter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Vinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Marc Mathis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Osborne having to interfere. Dogs FC's Marc Mathis got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 82 minutes, Noah Coates managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manheim FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noah Coates was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dudley Winston's late challenge caught a Dogs FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dudley Winston helped the player get up and apologised. Marc Mathis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stuart Gage was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Stuart Gage hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The Manheim FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
