An unexpectedly hard shot by Sal Barbour in the 19th minute of play forced Cayuga Heights AFC's goalkeeper Carson Hankins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Cayuga Heights AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Waller came free, but Carson Hankins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Cayuga Heights AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toby Harrell to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Stroh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Logan Daly, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Bradly Whitley charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind East Haven's goalkeeper Romeo Stroh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Korey McNamara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Stroh having to interfere. Romeo Stroh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korey McNamara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Cayuga Heights AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. East Haven were winning 0-1.

Romeo Stroh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korey McNamara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carson Hankins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Murray Miranda. East Haven's Romeo Stroh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradly Whitley in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cayuga Heights AFC's Darnell Foreman got a free kick in the 87th minute. Logan Daly hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Carson Hankins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Murray Miranda. Sal Barbour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, East Haven's goal looked a bit too open when Korey McNamara came free, but Romeo Stroh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
