Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ty Atkinson got the match started through his kick off. Al Hutchison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korey McNamara in the 8th minute of the match. Al Hutchison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korey McNamara, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradly Whitley in the 20th minute of play forced Fairbury's goalkeeper Al Hutchison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toby Harrell helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fairbury booed when Cayuga Heights AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toby Harrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Fairbury's goal looked a bit too open when Bradly Whitley came free, but Al Hutchison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Fairbury got a freekick which was hit by Diego Hager. Eddie Foster kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Korey McNamara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Al Hutchison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korey McNamara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Korey McNamara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Mattson in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carson Hankins saved Cayuga Heights AFC from getting behind. Cayuga Heights AFC's Korey McNamara got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Ty Atkinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carson Hankins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Fairbury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Hager to maneuver through the defense. Al Hutchison was a little too slow when Bradly Whitley got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-1. 83 minutes into the match, Fairbury's Ty Atkinson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carson Hankins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Korey McNamara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Al Hutchison having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Fairbury got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Borden. Korey McNamara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Al Hutchison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
