After 17 minutes of play, Dania's Jason Barr made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carson Hankins was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute, Ezra Weldon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jason Barr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes, Curtis Wynn mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cayuga Heights AFC and the Dania players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Cayuga Heights AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curtis Wynn to maneuver through the defense. Carson Hankins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezra Weldon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Ezra Weldon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Carson Hankins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matt Torrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Bradly Whitley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Dania's goal looked a bit too open when Bradly Whitley came free, but Warner Valentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korey McNamara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Warner Valentin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dania's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
