Spectators: 7784 (Terracing: 5839, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Markus Mercado got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Moultrie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rhett Kiser came free, but Rocky Vaughan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Mercado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dustin Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Mercado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nathanial Shipp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Rocky Vaughan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes, Cary Dorsey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moultrie FC and the INTER MIAMI CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Dave Moses sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moultrie FC's Rocky Vaughan didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathanial Shipp in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rocky Vaughan saved Moultrie FC from getting behind. In the 20th minute, INTER MIAMI CF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Markus Mercado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dustin Rojas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vernon Whitlock in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Moultrie FC booed when INTER MIAMI CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everett McGowan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Moultrie FC's Quentin Engle broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to INTER MIAMI CF getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bradley Curran hit a great ball. Nathanial Shipp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rocky Vaughan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when INTER MIAMI CF's Rhett Kiser fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 33rd match minute, Moultrie FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Engle to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Nathanial Shipp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rocky Vaughan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rocky Vaughan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rhett Kiser in the 43rd minute of the match. If Nathanial Shipp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moultrie FC's goalkeeper Rocky Vaughan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nathanial Shipp to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Moultrie FC's Cary Dorsey got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Rhett Kiser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Vaughan having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Rhett Kiser made a precise shot to the right of Rocky Vaughan. Moultrie FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Moultrie FC booed when INTER MIAMI CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradley Curran didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Moultrie FC's goalkeeper Rocky Vaughan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dustin Rojas came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Moultrie FC's Vernon Whitlock. But to his dismay, Vernon Whitlock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rhett Kiser could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Rocky Vaughan made a huge save. If Nathanial Shipp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Moultrie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nathanial Shipp came free, but Rocky Vaughan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Nathanial Shipp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocky Vaughan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rhett Kiser got free with Rocky Vaughan in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. INTER MIAMI CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
