In the 8th minute, Blake Mason got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gerard Robbins sped through The beasts's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaiah Stephens. Gerard Robbins took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaiah Stephens. Isaiah Stephens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Elias Bryant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Gerard Robbins came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Manchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerard Robbins couldn't finish the play. When Alexis Morgan fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United's protests and gave Alexis Morgan a yellow card for diving instead. When Elias Bryant came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Manchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Bryant couldn't finish the play. Ron Guy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Elias Bryant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Bryant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaiah Stephens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerard Robbins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manchester United's Charlie Valentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kermit Pike in the 39th minute of play. Elias Bryant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaiah Stephens having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kermit Pike to strike the kick off in the second half. Charlie Valentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Guy in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute Gerard Robbins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaiah Stephens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerard Robbins in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaiah Stephens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerard Robbins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kermit Pike in the 64th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Charlie Valentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Bryant scored 1-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaiah Stephens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute Ron Guy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Valentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerard Robbins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaiah Stephens having to interfere. Elias Bryant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Isaiah Stephens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Robbins in the 86th minute of play forced The beasts's goalkeeper Isaiah Stephens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The beasts's Isaiah Stephens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save The beasts from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Leonard Boggs got a free kick in the 89th minute. Denver Crowell, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 94th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Boggs to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes, The beasts's Denver Crowell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charlie Valentin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The beasts reached it. Manchester United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
