Derrick Knutson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milan Guzman in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Talley in the 17th minute of play forced CYCLONES FC's goalkeeper Ken Winston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes CYCLONES FC got a freekick which was hit by Chad Molina. Genaro Talley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Talley in the 28th minute of play forced CYCLONES FC's goalkeeper Ken Winston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kelly Kyle charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kelly Kyle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, CYCLONES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelly Kyle to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Mathews's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Derrick Knutson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Rocky Vinson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roseburg City Football's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CYCLONES FC the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Roseburg City Football's zone, Milan Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Derrick Knutson came out of the goal and Milan Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Derrick Knutson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Mathews, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Milan Guzman got in the 38th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Derrick Knutson handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, CYCLONES FC's Angelo Mathews nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Derrick Knutson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Roseburg City Football defense, Milan Guzman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Derrick Knutson. The Roseburg City Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Derrick Knutson should have stopped the shot. The Roseburg City Football players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CYCLONES FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Genaro Talley to strike the kick off in the second half. Milan Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derrick Knutson having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Preston Baird mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roseburg City Football and the CYCLONES FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Milan Guzman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derrick Knutson was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 56th minute Milan Guzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derrick Knutson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Milan Guzman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Derrick Knutson. Milan Guzman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Derrick Knutson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milan Guzman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Derrick Knutson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milan Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Werner Weldon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ken Winston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Mathews in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Derrick Knutson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 78th match minute, CYCLONES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reuben Pate to maneuver through the defense. Derrick Knutson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milan Guzman in the 81st minute of the match. When Werner Weldon came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Roseburg City Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Werner Weldon couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, CYCLONES FC's Milan Guzman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Derrick Knutson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Roseburg City Football supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CYCLONES FC's performance. The match ended with a win for CYCLONES FC.
