Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 40) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Timmy Seymour kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Wild FC defense, Colby Reaves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marc Carter. The Wild FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marc Carter should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute Oren Thome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Carter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oren Thome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristopher Cardona in the 14th minute of play forced Olivehurst's goalkeeper Anton Sweet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgil Gray hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Wade Crowell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marc Carter. Wild FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kristopher Cardona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mervin Meza's late challenge caught a Wild FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mervin Meza helped the player get up and apologised. Wild FC's Timmy Seymour got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timmy Seymour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Anton Sweet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Oren Thome made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Olivehurst's Graham Atkinson got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kristopher Cardona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Sweet having to interfere. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Kristopher Cardona sped through Olivehurst's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Sweet. Marc Carter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colby Reaves in the 65th minute of the match. If Oren Thome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Colby Reaves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marc Carter was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Wade Crowell kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Kristopher Cardona struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Anton Sweet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wild FC. Colby Reaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Carter having to interfere. Timmy Seymour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Anton Sweet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Olivehurst had won after a very even match.
