Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1874, VIP seats: 162) Avra Valley's Yuri Hermes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Waylon Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sal Boyles in the 7th minute of play. When Sal Boyles got free in front of the goal in the 12th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Waylon Paris was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Brant Cleveland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stacey Montano in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hazard's Mohammed McCann got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Werner Atkinson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brant Cleveland was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Octavio Gold kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Avra Valley getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Werner Atkinson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hazard's zone, Stacey Montano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brant Cleveland came out of the goal and Stacey Montano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Werner Atkinson's late challenge caught a Hazard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Werner Atkinson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Avra Valley's Werner Atkinson got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jared Larson made a kick off. Russ Braden hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Avra Valley's Stacey Montano got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Avra Valley made a substitution. Eleuterio Arias replaced Stacey Montano. Alex Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Sal Boyles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eleuterio Arias took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brant Cleveland. Brant Cleveland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Damon Dixon kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Yuri Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Brant Cleveland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the game, Mohammed McCann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hazard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avra Valley the free kick. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hazard! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Avra Valley. Charlie McGinnis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Brant Cleveland. 3-1. Brant Cleveland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Hermes in the 77th minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Eleuterio Arias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hazard's Brant Cleveland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 88 played minutes Avra Valley got a freekick which was hit by Werner Atkinson. Werner Atkinson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Hazard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damon Dixon to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sal Boyles got free with Waylon Paris in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute Eleuterio Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brant Cleveland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waylon Paris came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Hazard's Sal Boyles. But to his dismay, Sal Boyles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2.
