Club Atlético Lanús's Rickie Bingham got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Caballero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickie Bingham, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Rickie Bingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Caballero having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rickie Bingham stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marian Rekowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Caballero having to interfere. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Lanús's goalkeeper Yu Zhen Zhen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rickie Bingham scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Caballero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Dallas Holbrook lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Yu Zhen Zhen. Jerome Keyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
