Spectators: 5500 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Milton Romero took the kick off in the first half of the match. Stacy Novak was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Milton Romero did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ethan Frey 4 minutes into the match. Ethan Frey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stacy Novak in the 8th minute of play. Ethan Frey made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Milton Romero sent off a good shot on target. Ulysses Titus kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Nick Calderwood didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Hopson went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Harvey Cho kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Oliver Hoover took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ethan Frey. Mathews AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Sporting Kay Cee's Milton Romero in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mathews AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Mathews AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Stacy Novak came free, but Ethan Frey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sporting Kay Cee getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ronnie Harrison hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Sylvester Todd shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nick Calderwood showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Sporting Kay Cee's Stacy Novak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ethan Frey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stacy Novak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mathews AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Wayne Zepeda hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wayne Zepeda in the 48th minute of play forced Sporting Kay Cee's goalkeeper Nick Calderwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Hopson to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stacy Novak in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ethan Frey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Stacy Novak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Milton Romero put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ethan Frey. Stacy Novak might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ethan Frey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stacy Novak ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sporting Kay Cee's Milton Romero in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mathews AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Sporting Kay Cee getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Glenn Rubio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Novak in the 76th minute of play forced Mathews AFC's goalkeeper Ethan Frey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathews AFC's Ethan Frey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Hoover in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mathews AFC's goalkeeper Ethan Frey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Milton Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ethan Frey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ethan Frey came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Kay Cee's Stacy Novak. But to his dismay, Stacy Novak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Stacy Novak might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ethan Frey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stacy Novak ran back to his position shaking his head. Ethan Frey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Romero in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Oliver Hoover shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ethan Frey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Stacy Novak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Kay Cee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stacy Novak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Kay Cee had played much better football throughout.
