Marcellus Ash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Pina in the 11th minute of play. In the 16th minute Tod Helms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olin Izturis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Morton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olin Izturis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Tod Helms managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bob FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tod Helms was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Bob FC booed when Kraken AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Warren Pina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Warren Pina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcellus Ash having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Arturo Beltre fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olin Izturis, passed just outside the right post. Bronson Frank hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Logan Alvaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Warren Pina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kraken AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Pina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcellus Ash breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Logan Alvaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Marcellus Ash made a huge save. Olin Izturis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Beltre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olin Izturis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tod Helms's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. If Logan Alvaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Beltre's late challenge caught a Kraken AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Beltre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Bob FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Beltre to maneuver through the defense. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
