Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Logan Alvaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Kraken AFC's Olin Izturis got control of the ball when Tommy Irwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carson Hopkins made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Domenic Barajas. 12 minutes into the match, Domenic Barajas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of LinkyBoy FC's Ernesto Huff. Ernesto Huff was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Kraken AFC booed when LinkyBoy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Shelton didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Cary Gomez with Garry Bouchard as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Graham Pettit kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Kraken AFC's Olin Izturis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sheldon Downs in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Domenic Barajas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kraken AFC and the LinkyBoy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kraken AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Domenic Barajas hit a great ball. Ernesto Huff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Alvaro in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to LinkyBoy FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Rupert Jewell hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tommy Irwin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olin Izturis. That made the score 2-1 in the 41 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Kirby Stafford took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Olin Izturis to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Tommy Irwin made the kick off in the second half. LinkyBoy FC's Ty Dooley got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to LinkyBoy FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Rupert Jewell hit a great ball. In the 64th match minute, Kraken AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenic Barajas to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Ty Dooley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olin Izturis was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 71st minute, Spencer Gann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olin Izturis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ty Dooley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Kraken AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Irwin came free, but Olin Izturis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Kirby Stafford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olin Izturis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, LinkyBoy FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Huff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domenic Barajas. Olin Izturis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirby Stafford in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Kraken AFC's Kristopher Savage seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kristopher Savage the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kraken AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kristopher Savage had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of LinkyBoy FC booed when Kraken AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristopher Savage didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Irwin in the 86th minute of play forced Kraken AFC's goalkeeper Olin Izturis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Kirby Stafford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olin Izturis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Ty Dooley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Olin Izturis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kraken AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
