LinkyBoy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave West Town Plot the free kick. The supporters of West Town Plot booed when LinkyBoy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Jewell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timothy Dale did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Ernesto Huff 36 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Shelton during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, LinkyBoy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Shelton to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Huff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Trimble, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. With a little luck, LinkyBoy FC's Ernesto Huff got control of the ball when Edgar Thompson tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timothy Dale made a kick off. The referee showed Kirby Stafford the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes LinkyBoy FC got a freekick which was hit by Kirby Stafford. In the 91st minute, Joey Rowan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LinkyBoy FC's Ernesto Huff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timothy Dale in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the West Town Plot players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
