Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cary Allen made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Ivan Dias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Redford's Todd Welsh. Todd Welsh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 7 minutes, Rodrigo Reed made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Redford's Todd Welsh tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Todd Welsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reggie Braden, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to Redford getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lee Villa hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Rodrigo Reed shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Todd Welsh showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Shady Spring FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timmy Herrera 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Todd Welsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Buchanan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Redford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thaddeus Stevens to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Redford's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Reed came free, but Todd Welsh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmy Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Todd Welsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Reed, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Todd Welsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reggie Braden in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Redford's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie Braden came free, but Todd Welsh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todd Welsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armen Mkhitaryan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Todd Welsh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Reed in the 35th minute of the match. Todd Welsh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Redford's zone, Reggie Braden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Todd Welsh came out of the goal and Reggie Braden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Todd Welsh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Dias in the 39th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Rodrigo Reed put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Todd Welsh. Merlin Cermak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Alonso Pacheco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Reed to strike the kick off in the second half. Todd Welsh came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Shady Spring FC's Armen Mkhitaryan. But to his dismay, Armen Mkhitaryan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Ivan Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Todd Welsh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Shady Spring FC's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Cermak came free, but Alonso Pacheco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Reggie Braden had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Todd Welsh. Redford's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reggie Braden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. In the 66th match minute, Redford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thaddeus Stevens to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Bradly Ludwig suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Todd Welsh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Reed in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Armen Mkhitaryan notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Redford's Todd Welsh. Todd Welsh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shady Spring FC's Alonso Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thaddeus Stevens in the 76th minute of play. Todd Welsh made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Fitz Williams sent off a good shot on target. Redford's Todd Welsh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Redford from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armen Mkhitaryan in the 87th minute of play forced Redford's goalkeeper Todd Welsh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Redford's goalkeeper Todd Welsh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fitz Williams. Timmy Herrera took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonso Pacheco. Alonso Pacheco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-8. 94 minutes into the game, Armen Mkhitaryan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Todd Welsh. Armen Mkhitaryan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-9.
