Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barka's Tom Hager started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Cary Allen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redford fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cary Allen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Scot Davila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Thaddeus Stevens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Scot Davila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Scot Davila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cary Allen in the 14th minute of play. When Gilbert Calvert fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redford's protests and gave Gilbert Calvert a yellow card for diving instead. Gilbert Calvert kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Redford's Cary Allen in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barka's goalie prevented a goal. Todd Welsh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Dillon in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cary Allen in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Scot Davila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Cary Allen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Scot Davila was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A nice corner shot did that Murray Lucas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Todd Welsh quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 31 minutes into the match, Redford's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Salazar came free, but Todd Welsh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cary Allen got in the 33rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Scot Davila handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Redford's Todd Welsh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Hager in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Redford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Calvert to maneuver through the defense. Redford's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Tom Hager scored to the left of an out of position Todd Welsh, making the score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cary Allen made a kick off. Cary Allen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. But to his dismay, Timmy Herrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Redford's Cary Allen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Scot Davila. That made the score 1-4 after 72 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Thaddeus Stevens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Redford's supporters rose to their feet, but Thaddeus Stevens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Scot Davila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Todd Welsh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesar Dillon went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. The supporters of Redford booed when Barka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Hyde didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Cary Allen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cary Allen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cary Allen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the match, Barka's goalkeeper Scot Davila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thaddeus Stevens. 90 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Redford's Cary Allen fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Cary Allen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Scot Davila when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 92 minutes, Thaddeus Stevens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thaddeus Stevens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Tom Hager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todd Welsh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Hager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todd Welsh having to interfere. Redford played a much better game than Barka and deserved their victory. The Barka players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
