Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tom Hager took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Tom Hager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th minute Tom Hager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Huff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Dillon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, LinkyBoy FC's Monte Ambriz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Scot Davila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Barka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Perdue to maneuver through the defense. In the 16thth minute of the game Monte Ambriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barka's Scot Davila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Monte Ambriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Dillon took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Huff. Ernesto Huff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cesar Dillon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute, Tom Hager reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Huff. The goal made the score 2-1. Scot Davila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willis Odell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute of the match LinkyBoy FC got a corner. Barka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kirby Stafford ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Monte Ambriz came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the LinkyBoy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monte Ambriz couldn't finish the play. Kirby Stafford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scot Davila having to interfere. LinkyBoy FC's Monte Ambriz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Salazar during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Barka got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Salazar. Monte Ambriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scot Davila having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willis Odell in the 43rd minute of play forced Barka's goalkeeper Scot Davila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes, LinkyBoy FC's Rupert Jewell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Scot Davila came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LinkyBoy FC reached it. Monte Ambriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Monte Ambriz to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Barka's zone, Forrest Thomas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scot Davila came out of the goal and Forrest Thomas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute Tom Hager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Huff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Barka's Tom Hager nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Huff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ernesto Huff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiberto Salazar went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the LinkyBoy FC defense, Tom Hager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernesto Huff. The LinkyBoy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Huff should have stopped the shot. Ernesto Huff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Dillon in the 72nd minute of play. Tom Hager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Hager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Huff having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Murray Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murray Lucas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LinkyBoy FC's Willis Odell managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Tracy in the 83 minute of the game. Monte Ambriz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Scot Davila when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Kirby Stafford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Monte Ambriz in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Scot Davila, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Scot Davila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Monte Ambriz in the 88th minute. The supporters of LinkyBoy FC booed when Barka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Hager didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kirby Stafford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Scot Davila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirby Stafford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Scot Davila made a huge save. With his leg Scot Davila managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when LinkyBoy FC's Monte Ambriz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Barka were victorious despite being under pressure from LinkyBoy FC for much of the match.
