Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Woodrow Cadena made the kick off which started today's match. Quentin Garza came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by ZANGEZUR's Eddy Crum. But to his dismay, Eddy Crum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Woodrow Cadena in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quentin Garza saved Croatia FC from getting behind. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Giuseppe Louis put in a rough tackle. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Croatia FC! Monte Holcomb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Lawrence Pack made a huge save. The supporters of Croatia FC booed when ZANGEZUR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. DeAngelo Sherrill didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes Croatia FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Waddell. In the 23rd match minute, Croatia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Waddell to maneuver through the defense. When Adalberto Davila came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the ZANGEZUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adalberto Davila couldn't finish the play. Monte Holcomb's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Lawrence Pack skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Croatia FC defense, Woodrow Cadena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quentin Garza. The Croatia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quentin Garza should have stopped the shot. Quentin Garza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddy Crum's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Croatia FC's Edgar Waddell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lawrence Pack. Lawrence Pack yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Croatia FC's Quentin Garza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Woodrow Cadena in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

ZANGEZUR made a substitution. Vicente Bassett replaced Eddy Crum. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Monte Holcomb was the one to do the kick off. Lawrence Pack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Waddell in the 53rd minute of play. Monte Holcomb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Rudolph Dickens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lawrence Pack was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. ZANGEZUR's Sonny McKay was substituted for DeAngelo Sherrill. Lawrence Pack came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia FC's Monte Holcomb. But to his dismay, Monte Holcomb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Edgar Waddell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Lawrence Pack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lawrence Pack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolph Dickens, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ZANGEZUR's zone, Monte Holcomb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lawrence Pack came out of the goal and Monte Holcomb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Milton Copeland came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Croatia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milton Copeland couldn't finish the play. Monte Holcomb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Croatia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Bassett came free, but Quentin Garza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, ZANGEZUR's goal looked a bit too open when Monte Holcomb came free, but Lawrence Pack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, ZANGEZUR's Woodrow Cadena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-4. Edgar Waddell charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Waddell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgar Waddell hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Croatia FC's Monte Holcomb nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lawrence Pack made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. Croatia FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
