With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Skinner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the game, Marshall Titus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodoro Skinner. Marshall Titus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to US Army getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Joaquin Pineda hit a great ball. Bryce McGowan might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodoro Skinner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bryce McGowan ran back to his position shaking his head. Nos Animadverto Totus's Teodoro Skinner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Titus in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes in the game, Bryce McGowan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teodoro Skinner having to interfere. US Army's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brad Murdock in the 31st minute. After taking down the ball on US Army's corner Brad Murdock fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teodoro Skinner quite easily take care of the ball. After 39 played minutes Nos Animadverto Totus got a freekick which was hit by King Stinson. Marshall Titus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Skinner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Marshall Titus did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Teodoro Skinner 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Porter Hanna was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 56 minutes, Nos Animadverto Totus's Jared Preston got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Brant Benson. Bryce McGowan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Skinner having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Bryce McGowan managed to get in a good position for a shot. US Army's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryce McGowan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Skinner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes, Bryce McGowan made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nos Animadverto Totus's Teodoro Skinner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Teodoro Skinner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryce McGowan, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Bryce McGowan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 101st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. US Army had played much better football throughout.
