Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oscar Booth made the kick off and thus started the match. Valley FC's Joel Stover played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Booth in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monte Holcomb in the 5th minute of play forced Valley FC's goalkeeper Joel Stover to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Stover came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia FC's Oscar Booth. But to his dismay, Oscar Booth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joel Stover made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monte Holcomb in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Croatia FC's Monte Holcomb made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Stover was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, Adrian Dupre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valley FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Darell McCabe kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Valley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Booth came free, but Joel Stover reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Valley FC got a freekick which was hit by Theron Vaughn. In the 37th minute of the match Rico Aguilera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Stover showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joel Stover showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monte Holcomb in the 39th minute of the match. Oscar Booth struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Joel Stover didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia FC. Croatia FC's Quentin Garza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Croatia FC from getting a goal against them. Adrian Dupre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Saul Esquivel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Garza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Rudolph Dickens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Stover. Valley FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolph Dickens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The Valley FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Croatia FC were winning 1-3.

When Tomas Shipley fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valley FC's protests and gave Tomas Shipley a yellow card for diving instead. 56 minutes into the match, Valley FC's goalkeeper Joel Stover had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Monte Holcomb. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Shipley in the 57th minute of play forced Croatia FC's goalkeeper Quentin Garza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Croatia FC's Monte Holcomb sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Stover narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Booth received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joel Stover came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Booth slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 68th minute. A collision led to Valley FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Saul Esquivel hit a great ball. Craig Carmichael kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Melvin Butcher kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Croatia FC got a freekick which was hit by Rudolph Dickens. Quentin Garza came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Valley FC's Adrian Dupre. But to his dismay, Adrian Dupre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Quentin Garza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odell Lott in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Monte Holcomb got free with Joel Stover in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Croatia FC's zone, Adrian Dupre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quentin Garza came out of the goal and Adrian Dupre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Valley FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tomas Shipley hit a great ball. Monte Holcomb in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joel Stover, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th minute Adrian Dupre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Garza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Stover came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia FC's Monte Holcomb. But to his dismay, Monte Holcomb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 97 minutes into the match, Valley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Booth came free, but Joel Stover reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Croatia FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Croatia FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
