Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 10) Marshall Titus took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chuck Matlock. Chuck Matlock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Bryce McGowan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the game, Bryce McGowan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. US Army's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copenhagen FC the free kick. The supporters of Copenhagen FC booed when US Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryce McGowan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Bond struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Brant Benson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copenhagen FC. In the 15th minute, Bryce McGowan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chuck Matlock was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 19th match minute, Copenhagen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randell Light to maneuver through the defense. Chuck Matlock came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by US Army's Marshall Titus. But to his dismay, Marshall Titus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Bryce McGowan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chuck Matlock was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, US Army's Marshall Titus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chuck Matlock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Bryce McGowan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. US Army's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryce McGowan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chuck Matlock came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by US Army's Bryce McGowan. But to his dismay, Bryce McGowan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 42 minutes into the game, US Army's Bryce McGowan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chuck Matlock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Chuck Matlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Titus in the 46th minute of play. The Copenhagen FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. US Army were winning 0-6.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bryce McGowan made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Marshall Titus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chuck Matlock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chuck Matlock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bryce McGowan in the 53rd minute. If Marshall Titus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bryce McGowan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Chuck Matlock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chuck Matlock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Titus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bryce McGowan got free with Chuck Matlock in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Marshall Titus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chuck Matlock. The goal made the score 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Martin Bond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copenhagen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Bond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brant Benson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Percy Gallardo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Marshall Titus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marshall Titus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes Copenhagen FC got a freekick which was hit by Reed Hadley. Chuck Matlock made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Bryce McGowan sent off a good shot on target. Marshall Titus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Chuck Matlock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chuck Matlock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Titus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Copenhagen FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. US Army were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
