With his leg Stevie Levy managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Hancock FC's Ricky May fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Quinton Dumas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Lang having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffrey Stoddard in the 13th minute of play forced Hancock FC's goalkeeper Alfred Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Orion SC's Theron Boles got a free kick in the 21st minute. Orion SC's Stevie Levy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Orion SC from getting a goal against them. After 22 minutes, Quinton Dumas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orion SC and the Hancock FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hancock FC booed when Orion SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinton Dumas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raphael Levine fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orion SC's protests and gave Raphael Levine a yellow card for diving instead. Hancock FC made a substitution. Foster Norris replaced Mohammad Parish. After 28 played minutes Orion SC got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Levine. 31 minutes into the match, Orion SC's goalkeeper Stevie Levy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricky May. After 37 minutes Orion SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thad Wong who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Orion SC booed when Hancock FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dale Scott didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 42 in the game by Ricky May from a close distance when the talented Stevie Levy managed to make a qualified save. Orion SC's players were relieved. Ricky May could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Stevie Levy made a huge save. After 48 minutes, Asher Cooke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orion SC and the Hancock FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, one of Orion SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Orion SC. Thad Wong placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geoffrey Stoddard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricky May during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricky May kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricky May in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stevie Levy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Hancock FC's Jarrett Tolbert got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 62 played minutes Hancock FC got a freekick which was hit by Elijah Brock. With a little luck, Hancock FC's Alfred Lang got control of the ball when Geoffrey Stoddard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Quinton Dumas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Luther Hagen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stevie Levy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute Ricky May shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stevie Levy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hancock FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Elijah Brock hit a great ball. Alfred Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffrey Stoddard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Orion SC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
