Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Geoffrey Stoddard took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nathan Cohen charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nathan Cohen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd minute, one of Orion SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Orion SC. The referee gave Bowling Green a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jerrod Caudill, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Orion SC's Stevie Levy. 1-0. In the 6th match minute, Bowling Green was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cory Farrell to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Annan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Levine in the 7th minute of play. Christopher Root fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevie Levy having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Orion SC got a freekick which was hit by Curtis Bradley. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Orion SC's goalkeeper Stevie Levy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the game, Perry Small was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orion SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bowling Green the free kick. In the 13th minute, Perry Small hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orion SC's Nathan Cohen got his second yellow card of the match in the 15th minute. The referee ordered Nathan Cohen off the ground. 15 minutes into the game, one of Orion SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a long run with the ball, Jerrod Caudill did a trick in the 18th minute in front of Orion SC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-0. An impressive performance by Bowling Green's Jerrod Caudill! Perry Small received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Lucas Annan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luke Rector fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bowling Green's protests and gave Luke Rector a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Levine in the 25th minute of play forced Bowling Green's goalkeeper Lucas Annan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Levine took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Annan. Lucas Annan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Lucas Annan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Levine in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Orion SC's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Root came free, but Stevie Levy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Curtis Bradley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Raphael Levine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orion SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Levine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Annan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bowling Green's Lucas Annan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Levine in the 37th minute of play. Christopher Root recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Annan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raphael Levine went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerrod Caudill to strike the kick off in the second half. Perry Small received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Lucas Annan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Quinton Dumas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orion SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bowling Green the free kick. The supporters of Bowling Green booed when Orion SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinton Dumas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Christopher Root managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bowling Green's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Root was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Raphael Levine made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Annan. Bowling Green's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After having played for 70 minutes, Titus Ott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bowling Green's supporters crossed their fingers, but Titus Ott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christopher Root sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bowling Green defense, Raphael Levine kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Annan. The Bowling Green fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Annan should have stopped the shot. Raphael Levine blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Annan having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Perry Small left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orion SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerrod Caudill in the 86th minute of play forced Orion SC's goalkeeper Stevie Levy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stevie Levy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Root, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Quinton Dumas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. In the 89th minute, Quinton Dumas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cory Farrell kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Bowling Green booed when Orion SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perry Small didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orion SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
