Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sherwood Starks hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Jaime Vann kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Oprescuville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Royce Vann to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Berry Cummins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rickey Matlock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chico Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berry Cummins in the 20th minute. When Desmond Werner came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Breckinridge AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desmond Werner couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, J.C. Davis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denny Gray was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Breckinridge AFC's Sherwood Starks got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 31 played minutes Oprescuville got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Vann. 36 minutes into the match, Breckinridge AFC's Desmond Werner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chico Velasco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling J.C. Davis in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denny Gray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rickey Matlock kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. J.C. Davis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Timmy Flanagan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Chico Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Oprescuville's zone, Berry Cummins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chico Velasco came out of the goal and Berry Cummins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timmy Flanagan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Chico Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, J.C. Davis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denny Gray was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Denny Gray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.C. Davis in the 68th minute of play. The audience was convinced that J.C. Davis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denny Gray was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Chico Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Flanagan in the 76th minute of the match. Chants of Oprescuville echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Breckinridge AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
