Spectators: 8080 (Terracing: 6062, Seating: 1858, VIP seats: 160) František Spousta made the kick off and thus started the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Riho Hindpere took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sidney Orozco to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Cwenar got free with Sidney Orozco in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, František Spousta lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Sidney Orozco. 12 minutes into the match, FC FORTUNA's goalkeeper Sidney Orozco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedykt Cwenar. In the 14th minute Riho Hindpere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riho Hindpere scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Orozco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, FC FORTUNA's goalkeeper Sidney Orozco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedykt Cwenar. FC FORTUNA's Sidney Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Spousta in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolland Lindsey in the 27th minute of play forced FC Schalke 04's goalkeeper Gilles Eichenberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilles Eichenberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Barnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC FORTUNA's goalkeeper Sidney Orozco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilles Eichenberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Barnes in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Benedykt Cwenar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sidney Orozco. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 41st minute František Spousta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, FC FORTUNA's goal looked a bit too open when Riho Hindpere came free, but Sidney Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brice Purcell fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC FORTUNA's protests and gave Brice Purcell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Schalke 04 booed when FC FORTUNA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brice Purcell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th match minute, FC Schalke 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Riho Hindpere to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolland Lindsey made a kick off. Benedykt Cwenar scored 5-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Orozco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sidney Orozco came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Schalke 04's František Spousta. But to his dismay, František Spousta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Sidney Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from František Spousta, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute FC FORTUNA were awarded a corner. Abraham McKay went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC FORTUNA's corner Abraham McKay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gilles Eichenberger quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by František Spousta in the 68th minute of play forced FC FORTUNA's goalkeeper Sidney Orozco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by František Spousta in the 72nd minute of play forced FC FORTUNA's goalkeeper Sidney Orozco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, FC FORTUNA's goal looked a bit too open when Riho Hindpere came free, but Sidney Orozco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidney Orozco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from František Spousta in the 76th minute of play. Sidney Orozco came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Schalke 04's Riho Hindpere. But to his dismay, Riho Hindpere quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. FC FORTUNA's Sidney Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Spousta in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC FORTUNA's Brice Purcell got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Sidney Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riho Hindpere, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the FC FORTUNA defense, Benedykt Cwenar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney Orozco. The FC FORTUNA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney Orozco should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the game, Riho Hindpere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Schalke 04's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC FORTUNA the free kick. Riho Hindpere kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Orlando Barnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gilles Eichenberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Riho Hindpere had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidney Orozco. FC FORTUNA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Riho Hindpere was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. There was no doubt that FC Schalke 04 were the better team. FC Schalke 04's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
