An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Rejman in the 22nd minute of play forced Pollock Pines AFC's goalkeeper Tião Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Schmitt to make the kick off. Flint Thacker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the game, one of Pollock Pines AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fritz Futterman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tião Galvão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Pollock Pines AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Vince Whittaker hit a great ball. Michal Rejman kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Nathaniel Pate kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pollock Pines AFC's zone, Michal Rejman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tião Galvão came out of the goal and Michal Rejman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Djibouti Jujy Fruits fully deserved thier win.
