When Jorge Cote came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Pollock Pines AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Cote couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Jorge Cote made a precise shot to the right of Jayson Slaughter. Los Gordos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Pollock Pines AFC's Dominique Fields got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dominique Fields sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Pollock Pines AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zack Edwards to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Los Gordos got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Walton. Rhett Adair charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rhett Adair the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, Pollock Pines AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhett Adair to maneuver through the defense. Domenic Biggs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Pollock Pines AFC's Dominique Fields sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jayson Slaughter narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Domenic Biggs made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Cote fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jayson Slaughter having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Zack Edwards was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pollock Pines AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Gordos the free kick. Pollock Pines AFC's Terrance Agoos got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jayson Slaughter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrance Agoos's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. If Dominique Fields had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominique Fields hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Dominique Fields came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pollock Pines AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominique Fields couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the match, Los Gordos's goal looked a bit too open when Terrance Agoos came free, but Jayson Slaughter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zack Edwards came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Pollock Pines AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zack Edwards couldn't finish the play. Rey Jean hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pollock Pines AFC's David Gaines got a free kick in the 88th minute. When Terrance Agoos came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Pollock Pines AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terrance Agoos couldn't finish the play. If Zack Edwards had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Pollock Pines AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
