The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Acosta got free with Duke Beach in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Jeff Delarosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabrício Sá was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Paiva in the 12th minute of play forced AXELSJERO's goalkeeper Duke Beach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Rico Proctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Brice Coffman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabrício Sá was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Alfredo Buckner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rigoberto Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AXELSJERO's Duke Beach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Duke Beach was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Mickey McCord capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mickey McCord really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Mickey McCord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duke Beach having to interfere. Duke Beach had great luck who in the 41stth minute grab hold of the ball when Rigoberto Acosta from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 45th minute Alfredo Buckner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredo Buckner to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabrício Sá made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Brice Coffman sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute Alfredo Buckner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of American kids booed when AXELSJERO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graig Thompson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored AXELSJERO's protests and gave Clark Maxwell a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, AXELSJERO's Clark Maxwell got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 76 minutes into the match, AXELSJERO's goal looked a bit too open when Lanny Neely came free, but Duke Beach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 played minutes AXELSJERO got a freekick which was hit by Graig Thompson. A collision led to AXELSJERO getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Wade Law hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, American kids's Robin Alley got a free kick in the 88th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Wade Law managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AXELSJERO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wade Law was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Rigoberto Acosta managed to get in a good position for a shot. American kids's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Acosta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duke Beach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mickey McCord sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AXELSJERO walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
