Derek McGowan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintin Crain, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Forest SC booed when West Bishop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliot Franklin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forest SC's Marcos Ciccaglione got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcos Ciccaglione's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Hoyt was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. A collision led to West Bishop getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Elliot Franklin hit a great ball. Domingo Hawk kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Alfonzo Calhoun's late challenge caught a Forest SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonzo Calhoun helped the player get up and apologised. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
