Terrance Agostino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Terrance Agostino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mile High FC's Frankie Herndon. Frankie Herndon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Terrance Agostino took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frankie Herndon. Frankie Herndon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Werner Kessler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Terrance Agostino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frankie Herndon. Mile High FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Terrance Agostino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 19th minute Dennis Galvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Herndon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Terrance Agostino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarboro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrance Agostino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frankie Herndon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mile High FC's goalkeeper Frankie Herndon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frankie Herndon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terrance Agostino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Raymundo Alvaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mile High FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymundo Alvaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seth Schulz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frankie Herndon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Galvan in the 29th minute of play. Andy Shaffer made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tarboro FC's Juan Dodge. After a defensive mix-up in Mile High FC's zone, Juan Dodge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frankie Herndon came out of the goal and Juan Dodge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Mile High FC defense, Terrance Agostino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frankie Herndon. The Mile High FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frankie Herndon should have stopped the shot. Frankie Herndon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrance Agostino's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Frankie Herndon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terrance Agostino, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Terrance Agostino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frankie Herndon having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Kelly Hobson charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kelly Hobson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Mile High FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelly Hobson to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th of the match, Terrance Agostino tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Frankie Herndon got in the way and made a wonderful save. Dennis Galvan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frankie Herndon came out and tried to block the shot, but Dennis Galvan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 58th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Terrance Agostino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarboro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrance Agostino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frankie Herndon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Galvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Stephenson during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benito Stephenson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match Laurence Reeder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Seth Schulz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Mile High FC got a corner. Tarboro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laurence Reeder ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 71st minute William Mueller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seth Schulz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terrance Agostino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Frankie Herndon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mile High FC's zone, Monte Padilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frankie Herndon came out of the goal and Monte Padilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raymundo Alvaro kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mile High FC's Norberto Courtney got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Monte Padilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82 minutes of play, Tarboro FC's Terrance Agostino made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frankie Herndon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute of the game Andre Teague made a throw-in which Norberto Courtney played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terrance Agostino in the 87th minute of play forced Mile High FC's goalkeeper Frankie Herndon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarboro FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
