After a defensive mix-up in New England Minas's zone, Terrance Agostino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kasey Countess came out of the goal and Terrance Agostino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kasey Countess stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrance Agostino's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Kasey Countess took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terrance Agostino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Terrance Agostino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kasey Countess was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Terrance Agostino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monroe Colvin kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Terrence McAllister stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Tarboro FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Monte Padilla hit a great ball. After 52 minutes of play, New England Minas's Anthony Faturrahman made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seth Schulz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Terrance Agostino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarboro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrance Agostino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasey Countess breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute Terrance Agostino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasey Countess saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Faturrahman kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Kasey Countess showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terrance Agostino in the 66th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Terrance Agostino made a precise shot to the right of Kasey Countess. New England Minas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After taking down the ball on Tarboro FC's corner Monte Padilla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kasey Countess quite easily take care of the ball. Dennis Galvan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Kasey Countess 71 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Terrance Agostino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kasey Countess. That made the score 1-5 in the 79 minute of play. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Anthony Faturrahman got a free kick in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the game, Anthony Faturrahman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Seth Schulz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Tarboro FC's zone, Terrence McAllister stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seth Schulz came out of the goal and Terrence McAllister tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Stephenson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seth Schulz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terrence McAllister went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tarboro FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
