Andrew Crabtree fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Barbour having to interfere. The supporters of Inter Miami FC booed when Saranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanh Mayberry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jack Barbour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 尹耀斐, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 尹耀斐 in the 31st minute of play forced Saranda's goalkeeper Jack Barbour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter Miami FC's 尹耀斐 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jack Barbour. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Myles Chase made the kick off in the second half. 尹耀斐 succeeded in the game's 51st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. 尹耀斐 took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jack Barbour. Jack Barbour dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 57 minutes of play, Inter Miami FC's 尹耀斐 made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jack Barbour was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saranda's goalkeeper Jack Barbour, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xavier Tatum hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute of the match Everett Wray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jack Barbour skillfully saved the ball. Jack Barbour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 尹耀斐 in the 70th minute of the match. 尹耀斐 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Meredith got free with Vincenzo Dubose in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Saranda's Xavier Tatum got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 76 played minutes Saranda got a freekick which was hit by Jerome Wilkins. 80 minutes into the game, Myles Chase was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saranda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter Miami FC the free kick. 84 minutes into the match, Inter Miami FC's goalkeeper Vincenzo Dubose had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thanh Mayberry. After 85 minutes of play, Saranda's Myles Chase made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincenzo Dubose was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Iigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jack Barbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Andrew Crabtree had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jack Barbour. Saranda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrew Crabtree was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 96th minute, 尹耀斐 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter Miami FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Inter Miami FC had played much better football throughout.
