Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Red Dragons's Jayson Faulk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Red Dragons's Thad Fisher pulled a muscle in his leg after 3 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sander Minnen during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sander Minnen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Mel Masters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jayson Faulk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Mickey Cohen FC's goalkeeper Mel Masters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rich Rossi. Mel Masters came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Dragons's Bart Wyatt. But to his dismay, Bart Wyatt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Noah Collier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chance Canales took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Phillip Quintana. Phillip Quintana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Bart Wyatt came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Red Dragons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bart Wyatt couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Romeo Diggs mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mickey Cohen FC and the Red Dragons players grew even worse after the yellow card. 45 minutes into the game, Jayson Faulk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mel Masters was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chance Canales made a kick off. Chance Canales scored 2-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phillip Quintana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute of the game, Sander Minnen landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Mickey Cohen FC's Basil Jacobson was substituted for Sander Minnen. In the 63rd match minute, Red Dragons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noah Collier to maneuver through the defense. Bart Wyatt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. When Chance Canales came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Mickey Cohen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chance Canales couldn't finish the play. Chance Canales who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Phillip Quintana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Will Cameron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chance Canales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Red Dragons's Phillip Quintana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Red Dragons from getting a goal against them. After 87 minutes of play, Mickey Cohen FC's Timmy Shapiro made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Phillip Quintana was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Red Dragons supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mickey Cohen FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mickey Cohen FC.
