Jarvis Zamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Matthorias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidney Nichols to maneuver through the defense. Rashad Marrero hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Mickey Cohen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarvis Zamora came free, but Mel Masters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarvis Zamora in the 19th minute of play forced Mickey Cohen FC's goalkeeper Mel Masters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Chance Canales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mickey Cohen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chance Canales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belmiro Palermo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Matthorias FC defense, Dallas Kearney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Belmiro Palermo. The Matthorias FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Belmiro Palermo should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Matthorias FC's Jarvis Zamora got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Sander Minnen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mickey Cohen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matthorias FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mickey Cohen FC's Sander Minnen got a free kick in the 34th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Matthorias FC's goalkeeper Belmiro Palermo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chance Canales. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Matthorias FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Curt Betts was slow to take the kick. During this time Mickey Cohen FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mickey Cohen FC's corner Rashad Marrero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Belmiro Palermo quite easily take care of the ball. Claude Simon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Belmiro Palermo. Matthorias FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mel Masters came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Matthorias FC's Jarvis Zamora. But to his dismay, Jarvis Zamora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jarvis Zamora to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Curt Betts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Palermo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chance Canales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthorias FC's Jarvis Zamora got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidney Nichols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st match minute, Mickey Cohen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rashad Marrero to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Matthorias FC's Jarvis Zamora ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mel Masters. Mel Masters yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After 78 minutes, Markus Gallardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matthorias FC and the Mickey Cohen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mickey Cohen FC booed when Matthorias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Gallardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chance Canales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Belmiro Palermo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matthorias FC's Scot Cisneros pulled a muscle in his leg after 84 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Matthorias FC's Jacques Sorenson was substituted for Scot Cisneros. In the 86th match minute, Mickey Cohen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chance Canales to maneuver through the defense. When Markus Gallardo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Matthorias FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Gallardo couldn't finish the play. Mickey Cohen FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Jarvis Zamora scored to the left of an out of position Mel Masters, making the score, 1-3. The Mickey Cohen FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Matthorias FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
