The supporters of Millersville AFC booed when SCU Torreense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Burrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Danny Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vincenzo Price might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudio Engel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vincenzo Price ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Flint Corley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tracy Walls. Millersville AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flint Corley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Millersville AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Hal McNally hit a great ball. Millersville AFC's Danny Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Danny Vargas in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudio Engel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Danny Vargas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Engel was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Salvatore Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Flint Corley took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Tracy Walls to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Millersville AFC's David Bryant got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Millersville AFC's Danny Vargas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Engel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Tracy Walls made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Flint Corley sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute Diego Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Engel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Engel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincenzo Price, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Danny Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, SCU Torreense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvatore Figueroa to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Millersville AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
