Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arnoldo Stahl got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Jarvis Zamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Pearson was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 5th minute, Jarvis Zamora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Matthorias FC booed when Brainerd FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Thayer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jacques Sorenson came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Matthorias FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacques Sorenson couldn't finish the play. After 19 minutes, Otto Mosher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matthorias FC and the Brainerd FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Brainerd FC booed when Matthorias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Mosher didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Shawn Diamond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matthorias FC's Belmiro Palermo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Belmiro Palermo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shawn Diamond in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarvis Zamora in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Pearson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Matthorias FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jarvis Zamora hit a great ball. Arnoldo Stahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Belmiro Palermo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Matthorias FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gerry Randall hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Matthorias FC defense, Arnoldo Stahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Belmiro Palermo. The Matthorias FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Belmiro Palermo should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Matthorias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shawn Diamond came free, but Belmiro Palermo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Brainerd FC's Shawn Diamond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belmiro Palermo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

51 minutes into the match, Matthorias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Stahl came free, but Belmiro Palermo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Stahl kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match, Arnoldo Stahl tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Belmiro Palermo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jarvis Zamora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shawn Diamond got free with Belmiro Palermo in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sidney Nichols took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Pearson. Alex Pearson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 73rd minute, Sidney Nichols ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Pearson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shawn Diamond got free with Belmiro Palermo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Matthorias FC's Gerry Randall seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gerry Randall the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Matthorias FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gerry Randall had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Matthorias FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brainerd FC:s goal. The score was 3-2 after a penalty in the 82nd minute, where Brainerd FC:s Elias Lockhart tricked Matthorias FC:s Belmiro Palermo with a difficult ball by the left post. Brainerd FC's Alex Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Nichols in the 85th minute of play. Alex Pearson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Nichols in the 87th minute of the match. Sidney Nichols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Pearson having to interfere. If Sidney Nichols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Matthorias FC fully deserved thier win.
