Eric Haynes came out of the goal and Christopher Duran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Los Americans FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Duran came free, but Eric Haynes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo McKinley might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Glover. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundo McKinley ran back to his position shaking his head. After 35 minutes, Joaquin Kirby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Beach Haven AFC and the Los Americans FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Sammy Beach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th match minute, North Beach Haven AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avery Ruff to maneuver through the defense. Sammy Beach was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Los Americans FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo McKinley in the 44th minute of play forced North Beach Haven AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Glover to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo McKinley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neal Li helped the player get up and apologised. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sammy Beach sped through North Beach Haven AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Glover. Jessie Ferrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Eric Haynes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Christopher Duran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octavio Cermak hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Meredith's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Eric Haynes on his right side and into the goal. 74 minutes into the game it was 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Kirby in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Haynes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christopher Duran in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eric Haynes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edmundo McKinley might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Glover. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundo McKinley ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. North Beach Haven AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
