He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in North Beach Haven AFC reached it. Errol Polonia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jessie Ferrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Glover didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when New York City FC's Jeremias Santio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, North Beach Haven AFC's Jessie Ferrell got a free kick in the 28th minute. Neal Li hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeremias Santio to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, New York City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Neal Li came free, but Errol Polonia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Errol Polonia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Kirby in the 63rd minute of play. Scottie McKay might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Glover. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Scottie McKay ran back to his position shaking his head. New York City FC's Errol Polonia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save New York City FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in North Beach Haven AFC's zone, Xavier Thorpe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Glover came out of the goal and Xavier Thorpe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Jeremias Santio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Glover was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. New York City FC's Errol Polonia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Kirby in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, North Beach Haven AFC's Stanley Gillespie got a free kick in the 78th minute. New York City FC's Clayton Waite was substituted for Osvaldo Oakes. A collision led to North Beach Haven AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Stanley Gillespie hit a great ball. In the 81st match minute, North Beach Haven AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jessie Ferrell to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Santio took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Glover. Gabriel Glover dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 86th minute, Xavier Thorpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Truman Zavala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Glover. North Beach Haven AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Joaquin Kirby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Beach Haven AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New York City FC the free kick. A collision led to North Beach Haven AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Joaquin Kirby hit a great ball. New York City FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
