Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abe Bellamy started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the game, Strong Survive's Saul Owens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quinton Sewell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Del Carringtons short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Tolga Tümkurt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 21 in the game by Del Carrington from a close distance when the talented Tolga Tümkurt managed to make a qualified save. Strong Survive's players were relieved. The supporters of Alden booed when Strong Survive was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Stout didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tolga Tümkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abe Bellamy, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Edgar Horne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Zack Stout notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Alden's Quinton Sewell. Quinton Sewell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th minute, Quentin Belanger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Quinton Sewell came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Strong Survive's Monroe Cervantes. But to his dismay, Monroe Cervantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saul Owens made a kick off. Quinton Sewell didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Strong Survive's Saul Owens shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 62nd minute, Brad Owen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Alden booed when Strong Survive was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Stout didn't get a good kick on the ball. Strong Survive made a substitution. Damien Arias replaced Monroe Cervantes. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Troy Smiley during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Troy Smiley kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Benedict Kiser struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Quinton Sewell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strong Survive. Vidar Alegren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Strong Survive's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Vidar Alegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Quinton Sewell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Strong Survive's Saul Owens was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Saul Owens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinton Sewell having to interfere. Quinton Sewell was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Saul Owens capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saul Owens really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. 95 minutes into the match, Strong Survive's goal looked a bit too open when Del Carrington came free, but Tolga Tümkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Troy Smiley hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Strong Survive supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Strong Survive would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
