Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sydney Aldrich took the kick off in the first half of the match. Otis Lowery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duane Carbajal having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Sydney Aldrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sydney Aldrich scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duane Carbajal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, El Bobsled's Domingo Uster got control of the ball when Marshall Stoner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duane Carbajal came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by El Bobsled's Otis Lowery. But to his dismay, Otis Lowery quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Duane Carbajal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Aldrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Heriberto Alston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Marshall Stoner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sawgrass fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Duane Carbajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otis Lowery in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marshall Stoner to make the kick off. Sydney Aldrich hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Marshall Stoner struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Domingo Uster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sawgrass. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Val Pool in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Uster prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Duane Carbajal managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when El Bobsled's Otis Lowery fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Otis Lowery was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 63 minutes into the game, El Bobsled's Otis Lowery nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duane Carbajal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After 74 minutes of play, Sawgrass's Marshall Stoner made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingo Uster was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sydney Aldrich in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duane Carbajal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Duane Carbajal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otis Lowery in the 81st minute. Jacob Enriquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duane Carbajal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacob Enriquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Duane Carbajal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otis Lowery in the 86th minute.
