Seaford Glory's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bart Devine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 35 minutes, Damian Robbins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peachtree City AFC and the Seaford Glory players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Desmond Garland got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Peachtree City AFC's Duke Hall got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Peachtree City AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Seaford Glory were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
