With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sydney Aldrich in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quinton Sewell saved Alden from getting behind. Jacob Enriquez charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacob Enriquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes El Bobsled got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Enriquez. Quinton Sewell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Aldrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, El Bobsled's goal looked a bit too open when Del Carrington came free, but Domingo Uster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otis Lowery's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quinton Sewell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of El Bobsled booed when Alden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Dobbs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Dobbs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Domingo Uster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Quentin Belanger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sydney Aldrich came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the El Bobsled fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sydney Aldrich couldn't finish the play. El Bobsled's Domingo Uster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abe Bellamy in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Sydney Aldrich made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes in the game, Abe Bellamy fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Domingo Uster having to interfere. A collision led to El Bobsled getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Bart Yates hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Bobsled's goalkeeper Domingo Uster, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, Alden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Belanger to maneuver through the defense. Quinton Sewell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Otis Lowery went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Quinton Sewell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sydney Aldrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quinton Sewell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Aldrich, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Quinton Sewell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Aldrich in the 72nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Otis Lowery managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Bobsled's supporters rose to their feet, but Otis Lowery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quinton Sewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute Sydney Aldrich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinton Sewell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Otis Lowery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quinton Sewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Domingo Uster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abe Bellamy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Abe Bellamy managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vance Braun took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Quinton Sewell. Alden's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alden's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
